Contractors' Equipment
Contractors' equipment policies provide insurance protection for machinery (including spare parts and accessories), equipment and tools. We offer a scheduled contractors' equipment policy for scheduled items and a blanket contractors' equipment policy for owned contractors' equipment without scheduled items.

Installation Floaters
A wide array of artisan contractors face very different exposures while working at a construction site, in transit to the site or while maintaining materials that are in temporary storage. Protection is available for contractors who engage in low-to-moderate hazard activities, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, and alarm installations. We offer open installation floaters for all installation projects during the policy term and project installation floaters for a single installation project.
